We want you to be happy with your Larp Bands order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at contact@larpbands.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For standard returns or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of the label may be deducted from your refund.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Larp Bands will cover the cost of return shipping.
Original shipping charges, including expedited shipping charges, are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is the result of an error by Larp Bands.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at contact@larpbands.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Photos of the item and packaging may be requested to help us resolve the issue.
Final Sale Items
Items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not currently process direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges paid directly to governments, carriers, or other third parties are generally not refundable by Larp Bands.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
European Union & United Kingdom Customers
Customers located in the European Union and United Kingdom may have additional statutory rights relating to online purchases, including the right to cancel certain purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Where these statutory rights apply, they apply independently of our standard 30-day return policy.
Customers exercising a statutory right of withdrawal are responsible for return shipping costs where permitted by law and where disclosed prior to purchase. Any required refund of standard outbound delivery charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
