Welcome to Larp Bands.

Larp Bands is a brand operated by Strength Two LLC. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “Larp Bands,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Strength Two LLC doing business as Larp Bands.

We operate this website and online store, including the information, products, features, tools, and services made available through it (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Use of the Services

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or otherwise using the Services.

Actual colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variations, and other factors.

We may also limit quantities available for purchase or refuse orders where reasonably necessary.

3. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Larp Bands.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, unauthorized resale, or other circumstances we reasonably determine require cancellation.

Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed the order.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order begins processing or has shipped, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices and promotions may change at any time without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted for your order and agree to pay all applicable charges associated with your purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times provided by Larp Bands are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, severe weather, natural disasters, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory return, refund, warranty, or consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content made available through the Services—including our website design, text, photographs, graphics, videos, branding, logos, product photography, original artwork, and other content—is owned by or licensed to Larp Bands and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The artwork, graphics, patterns, and designs offered on Larp Bands products are Larp Bands designs created for our products.

Larp Bands products and designs are not intended to represent the products, trademarks, or branding of any third-party company or brand.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Larp Bands products are not collaborations, licensed merchandise, or products associated with any third party.

Any third-party trademarks, company names, product names, logos, or other proprietary identifiers referenced through the Services remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Product Compatibility

Certain Larp Bands products are designed for use with third-party fitness hardware.

Compatibility information may be provided on applicable product listings to help customers determine whether a product is suitable for their intended device.

References to third-party products, trademarks, or model names, where used, are solely for compatibility identification and do not imply any partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, or licensing relationship.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party fitness devices are not included with the purchase of a Larp Bands product.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the product they purchase is compatible with their intended device.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Services may contain links to websites, applications, payment providers, social media platforms, or services operated by third parties.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, products, services, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.

Your use of third-party services is subject to the applicable third party’s own terms and policies.

10. Relationship With Shopify

Larp Bands is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with Larp Bands.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Larp Bands, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions with Larp Bands, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain personal information may also be collected and processed by Shopify and other service providers that help us operate our store, process payments, fulfill orders, provide analytics, or otherwise provide the Services.

If we cancel an order because of an error after you have already paid, we will refund the applicable amount.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Strength Two LLC, Larp Bands, and our affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or purchase of our products.

This includes, where permitted by law, loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, replacement costs, or other similar losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strength Two LLC, Larp Bands, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and licensors from third-party claims arising from your material violation of these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of another person.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably determine that you have violated these Terms or used the Services unlawfully or fraudulently.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law—will continue to apply.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Legal Notice, and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Larp Bands regarding your use of the Services.

These Terms and your use of the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their jurisdiction.
